2. What If I Need To Change Or Cancel My Order?

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at 1-800-YES-SMILE (1-800-937-7645). We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

3. What If I Am Not Satisfied With My Order?

We guarantee all of our floral and gift items 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase please email us at or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-YES-SMILE (1-800-937-7645). We will do everything we can to make it right or refund your money in full.

4. What is Your Product Substitution Policy?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

5. How Does Same Day Delivery Work?

Same Day Delivery is available Monday to Saturday on orders received before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Otherwise, next day delivery is the norm. Flowers and containers are subject to availability and designer interpretation and may be substituted.

6. Our "100% Freshness Satisfaction Guarantee"

The 100% Freshness Satisfaction Guarantee pertains to the general quality and freshness of the flowers as a whole. Buning the Florist guarantees that flowers will be delivered fresh. All flowers require proper hydration and care after receipt. Flowers are a natural product and therefore demonstrate some uniqueness, including spots and variations in color. For these reasons, our 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee does not include the natural variations and imperfections that occur. Buning the Florist does not guarantee that every stem will be the same and free of imperfections. It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. Buning the Florist is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.

7. Our "Best Price Guarantee"

As you compare features and services from our company and others, keep asking yourself "who offers the best value?" will continue to be at the top of your list. Please call us if you feel you have found a better value. We will either justify our price or match theirs. Either way you will benefit!

8. What If The Recipient Is Not Present For The Delivery?

Buning the Florist recommends that our customers, or a representative, be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. Buning the Florist is not responsible for lost or stolen products, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather or other natural acts. Buning the Florist is also not responsible for flowers left at a location (hospital, etc.) where the recipient has checked out prior to delivery and an alternate delivery address was not provided to us before delivery was attempted.

9. What Are Your International Delivery Policies?

Buning the Florist delivers to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico as well as most foreign countries. Feel free to call us for a list of our international delivery destinations. Most International deliveries require a phone number and 48 to 72 hours to deliver. Depending on the destination, extra information may be requested for delivery. International deliveries to Military personnel and dependents require: Recipient's name, phone number (not the military installation main number), rank, unit, physical address of military installation, including the building number, military installation name and location (with nearest city) If recipient is a military dependent, then we must have the military person's information, because that is how the recipient will be listed with the military installation personnel locator NOTE: Orders cannot be accepted for delivery to APO, FPO or PO Boxes as these are not physical delivery locations.

10. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that your purchase will show up as being from "Buning Exotic Gardens" on your charge account bill.

11. What Do You Charge For Delivery & Shipping?

Buning The Florist charges:

  • $15.99 for flower delivery in the United States
  • $21.99 for flower delivery in Canada
  • $29.99 for International flower delivery
  • Shipping fees for gourmet gift baskets will vary according to product size and type of shipping selected.
